Spam filtering programs are supposed to protect our inboxes from spam. However, sometimes, it becomes apparent that these programs don’t always work as they say they would. You may still experience spam, and find your inboxes clogged with millions of them
Signs your spam filter may not be Working
Of course, the first sign that a spam filter may not be working is when it is unable to filter spam. If spam email still gets into your inbox consistently, then your spam filtering program may not be doing its work. At the same time, a spam filter may not be working right if it consistently mistakes legitimate emails as spam and vice-versa – more so if you’ve continually updated your whitelist and blacklist.
Reliable brands that offer spam filter tools
There are several brands in the market that are great for spam filtering. These brands have consistently been preferred by technical experts and users alike. Some of these brands include SpamEaterPro, CA Anti-Spam Plus CA Website Inspector, Spamfighter and ChoiceMailOne. These brands are available online. To be sure that you select one that fits your need, look for online reviews and a list of their feature specifications.
Spam filtering can be a good thing for you and your inboxes. You just have to select the perfect one for you.

Yes, I understand how irritating it is when your inbox is filled with unwanted spam emails. No matter how you keep your emails from the hands of probable email spammers, your inbox is still flooded with these junks. I guess not receiving spam emails these days are really inevitable. Thanks to the number of anti-spam softwares available for Outlook and Outlook Express mail systems, the spam mails in our inboxes are lessened. Through some effective anti-spam tools, your email account could be spam-free.
Now is the time to put an end to your spam problems and relive the days when your inbox is totally free of irritating spam mails (when was that, anyway?). If you are using an Outlook or Outlook Express mail system, then SpamBully 3 is the rightful spam filter software you should use. Such tool, also referred as a personal email organizer, is proven to be very efficient that in some instances, it's more effective than manually filtering your mails. Of course, SpamBully is so easy to install and use, even a ten year-old kid can do it.
Efficiently compatible with Outlook email systems, SpamBully 3 amazingly determines which emails are good or spam, through using server blacklists and artificial intelligence. Rest assured that with SpamBully, good emails are retained in your email account. Also, the spam filter tool superbly gets back at damn spammers through email returning, thus increasing spam costs and server reporting. Finally, if you wish to keep track on how SpamBully is really working, the software has a statistics guid, which shows you the graphs on spam results.

Most of us think that by having several electronic mailing accounts, we could ward off unnecessary messages from our inboxes. We use an account for business messaging purposes, another for our personal messaging needs, and a different one for registration purposes. But spam messages usually find its way to our inboxes. It is probably due to the continuous developments on account harvesting systems by these damn spammers. But a paid internet mailing service, called OnlyMyEmail, could unify all our electronic messaging accounts into a functional single inbox while continuously filtering out crud from all of our inboxes.
Sunday, April 29. 2007
The OnlyMyEmail service charges about $3 as a monthly fee, and the service comes with a good spam filter. I tested it out, and managed to dramatically reduce the spam messages I was receiving before acquiring the service. It is generally configurable, and it also provides accurate filtering systems for each inbox of my respective electronic messaging accounts. What I like most out of the service is the ability to unify all the inboxes of all my electronic messenging accounts.
Saturday, April 28. 2007
Inbox unification is probably the best thing that we got out from digital information technology. In the field of electronic messaging, that is. The OnlyMyEmail service charges quite a low fee for excellent inbox unification functions. Plus, you get a good spam filter with the service, too! Those spammers would eventually devise schemes to go around this provider's spam filtering service, but I think that would also be given a solution by the OnlyMyEmail developers. If only there isn't a single company on the planet that acquire the services of these spammers, spam could be totally eradicated from the face of our inboxes, you know.

A lot of free electronic messaging account service providers offer us an option to have a free account and at the same time, an anti-spam service. The only question now is which mail service provider offers the best anti-spam features. With this, there's only one thing I have to say about Hotmail's anti-spam service: as damn lousy as the Devil on ice! Add to this crappy mail service's electronic messaging functions and features, such as its measly storage space and slow-loading pages! Advancing digital information technology, my ass!
Thursday, April 26. 2007
This sorry excuse for proper integration of anti-spam features on a free mail service can directly be seen and felt with the Hotmail service. With an unacceptable shitload of advertisements on this crappy electronic mail service, you'd get the idea that you're being spammed right then and there! Plus, upon testing it out, 4 out of 5 spam messages have managed to go through this crappy service's anti-spam function! You're better off with some other free mail electronic messaging account, or even get a damn mobile phone and try your hand out on SMS.
Wednesday, April 25. 2007
To add a shitload of insults on an equally damn lot of injuries you'd be getting with this e-mail service, think about the shitty storage space they're providing you with! Just 250MB storage space, topped off with a lousy-assed anti-spam feature? You've certainly gotta be fuckin' with me! Hell, this measly storage space isn't even enough for the spam messages I'd be ending up with this web mail service!

Electronic messaging has definitely gone great lengths over the past few years or so. With developments being continuously done on it, we now have access to electronic messaging systems even with those small portable devices, such as handheld computers, mobile phones, etc. But as more and more people have seen the advantages of electronic messaging procedures, the spammers of the world are also continuing to develop ways and means in which to exploit this technological boom.
With this, some of the top providers of both free and paid electronic web messaging services have also gone great lengths in which to formulate various ways and means to fight spam. One of the providers that offer good functionality when it comes to keeping your inboxes clean from those annoying spam messages is the PocoMail web mail service. You see, the PocoMail anti-spam filter has given me a lot of great results in filtering crap from shit, crud from actual messages, and so on.
But I think you're better off with a damn good free web mail service than this paid one. This because there are lots of web mail providers which offer their services absolutely free, and each one has a substantial anti-spam filtering solution that works as good as the anti-spam filtering services of PocoMail. So why in hell would you think of shelling out your cash when you could get the same service absolutely free? If you're a dimwit, then that would figure, but if you're such a person as I am, then the logical thing would be for you to take the other free web nail option. With this, I hope this statement would dig deep into your thick skull: there's no damn use for a PocoMail service!

With faster and more r eliable internet access, more and more people are using computers and the internet for their messaging needs. With this, companies that resort to desperate measures monitor those electronic mailing addresses posted on the pages of numerous internet sites on the world wide web. They do this for one reason, and that's for their direct marketing strategies, specifically spamming. With this, the problem of spam has severely escalated through the years, and there is still no foolproof way in which could totally eradicate, let alone functionally prevent, spam. Yet, there are now several organizations and groups which are formed for a single unifying purpose, and that's to fight the spam problem.
One of these organizations is SpamCop. This group helps people with spam problems by locating the actual origin of the spam mails and directly reporting the IP addresses of the spammers to the appropriate ISPs. Plus, they offer the service of spam filtering, which I think is very effective since people have been reporting their spam problems to this group for several years now. With their experience, this group is a formidable instigator of spam fighting and filtering tactics. This is mainly because since people have been reporting the IP addresses of those spammers, chances are, they would know by now which IP addresses are real and which are designed to fool ISPs. This group charges a small fee for their service of spam filtering, but I suggest you acquire such service, especially if you have a business to run that relies on your electronic messaging capabilities!

I have recently received an invitation for setting up a GMail account, and I did exactly what I intended to do. That is, to have a second e-mail account aside from my Yahoo e-mail account. Why? That's because I am sick and tired of the spam I am continually receiving on my Yahoo e-mail account. Now, isn't this a bit nauseating? The thought that digital communication technologies did promote convenience for us, but it also created problems in the process!
I did an experiment whether GMail had better spam filtering capabilities than Yahoo mail. In the weeks that have passed, I saw that GMail had excellent spam filtering capabilities, better than Yahoo mail's! Unfortunately, most of my contacts knew my Yahoo mail account as the account I am using. Why wouldn't they, for I have used this address ever since I started growing my 7-year beard, you know! Plus, I'm pretty fond of my Yahoomail account I just couldn't let it go, not with spam being just the problem. Thus, I kinda had this moment of direct realization. What if I forward the messages I am receiving on my GMail account to my Yahoo mail address? I did exactly just that, but it didn't help with the spam I'm receiving on my Yahoo mail account. But, I had another episode of sudden enlightenment. What if I forward the messages I am receiving on my Yahoo mail account to my GMail account!
That is, I would have to create an input text that would make my Yahoo mail account only forward the messages that were not forwarded by my GMail account. Through this, all my messages coming in from both e-mail accounts get filtered by GMail and forwarded to my Yahoo mail account! Yes, all the messages coming in to both e-mail accounts! Confusing, right? No, you just have to keep this in mind: the messages that are forwarded to my GMail account from my Yahoo mail account are first filtered then also forwarded by my Gmail account back to my Yahoo mail account! With this, all my messages are filtered by my GMail account, and all the messages that comes in both e-mail accounts are accessed through my Yahoo mail account.

In the beginning, there was spam, and then came spim. What's next? If you follow the mathematical progression of the letters used for the evolving problem of direct marketing strategies, perhaps spum then? But unfortunately for the spammers, spimmers, and would-be spummers of the world, something just happened to create discomfort for these people and security for the victims. Let there be light, and thus hope for the prevention of spam, spim, and its further evolution to spum!
Two of the industry's giants have forged a partnership which we should all hope to last until the last spim and spam has been eradicated from the face of the electronic and digital world of information and communications. After all, wasn't digital communication technologies invented for coordination and cooperation systems to be built on the basis of the greater good for the greatest number of people? In due time, we do hope the concentrated efforts of these two corporations, plus our own support, make way for a totally spim-free and spam-free world!
FaceTime Communications, which is a leading company offering security solutions involving instant messaging and real-time communications, have forged a deal with Brightmail. Brightmail is also a leading provider of anti-spam solutions for messaging protocols on the internet. With this, we now have a fighting chance against both spam and spim. These two corporations promise to provide the general public solutions for their security problems regarding spam and spim. FaceTime has products and services for the prevention and should-be eradication of spim on most, if not all, instant messaging protocols through various communication networks.
Brightmail, on the other hand, provide the general spam-problematic population of the world product and service solutions against spam, and is continuousy providing the latest anti-spam technology to the victims of spam. With this, FaceTime and Brightmail plan to converge their products into a single solution for direct marketing strategies taking the form of both spam and spim. This is very timely, for according to the latest documentation on spim, almost 2 billion spims were sent on 2004. This number is up by 400% from the 2003 statistics on spim. If this progression continues, we would have a number by 2008 that would give us the idea that all people on the planet are spimmers! But with this partnership, which converged both efforts against spam and spim, chances are this rate of progression would be dramatically decreased. That is, until it is officially eradicted. Both totally and globally, I mean.

Spam - now these are those unwanted e-mails most of us have, piling up in our mailboxes, virtually unopened for fear of the damage the potential viruses and malware attached with those messages could do on our computer systems. A means of promotional marketing? Could be, but high-tech communication technologies just can't sit and offer no substantial solution whatsoever for those spams we so often get tired of deleting because of its voluminous outpour, plus, of course, the fear of deleting actual e-mails from real contacts!
So, Jonathan Zdziarski, in his new book entitled Ending Spam, discussed of ways and means in which to functionally filter spam. He begins by discussing the possibilities of creating a program in which to filter the messages by content, which is attainable through the statistical approach. This is because the weakness of spammers are the content of their messages. Case in point, they have already found ways to go around the spam protection programs and techniques we spam fighters have been developing ever since spam was born. This should only take a program, much like artificial intelligence programming, which is similar to the nature of the programming behind those cool XBox games, which could filter spam through strings of code. If you hire someone, a person, I mean, to delete and pick out which is which, this person wouldn't have a hard time doing that because he knows the contents of spam e-mails. Since people can do this, wouldn't it be fairly possible to develop a program to act the same way as we people filter these spams - through the contents of the spammers' messages?

As technology progresses, so does the rise of spam in your our emails. Needless to say, it gets really frustrating to see one's inbox flooded with unwanted mails. I actually pulled my hair one time I saw my inbox full of spam.
However, I found one anti-spam software that works wonders in the management of spam mails. I am talking about the Mailwasher. The said software may be used to scan an email before you decide to actually read it. Using the Mialwasher will prove to be beneficial on your part since spam will be identified by the said anti-spam software. Thus, there is less chance of you opening an email that contains some kind of harmful computer virus. Furthermore, you are assured that the email that you are going to read is really informative or useful in your life. You won't be dealing with advertisements about products that you do not need.
Also, the great thing about Mailwasher is that it is absolutely free of charge. You can use it whenever and wherever you like. It also means that the use of Mailwasher for the management of your emails is not going to expire. With that said, you are assured that your email is going to be protected at all times.

It sure sounds delectable, but spam works better in your email than in your kitchen. A spam filter, as its name implies, filters your mails, thus allowing you to receive only the important and worth reading messages in you account.
Spam filter helps ridding of the laborious task of deleting unimportant messages. It also provides security since only messages from addresses specified in your list will have the chance to enter into your account, so there is little chance of receiving chain emails or malicious emails.
If you are interested in safeguarding your emails, then I suggest that you use SpamAssassin. It filters your emails like no one does. What SpamAssassin does to emails is a series of quick tests to identify spams. It has a relatively wide range of network and local tests in order to identify the signatures of spams. After a spam has been detected, its address is automatically blacklisted. SpamAssassin is for free and is readily available just like any open source software. Its flexibility appeals to all kinds of people with different professions. It can effectively handle the task of detecting spams.

What can we do about the flow of unwanted mails in our inbox? Most email and computers nowadays are protected by anti-spam software. You can purchase this software or download it from the internet. But, there are also mountable hardware solutions that can work as well as software packages. Spam Cube is one of these wares to address spam problems.
This is a gadget with different colors for you to choose from. Available colors are yellow, pink, silver, black, and white. It is very affordable. You can purchase it for a hundred fifty dollars only. You just need to install the hardware between the computer or router and the internet box. Through Spam Cube, all mails going to your inbox will be filtered. But, one (Spam Cube) user testified that that this product is not very good at all because he still received a bulk of unwanted messages.
So, if you use this hardware and you noticed that junk mails still flooding your inbox, do not readily judge the gadget that it is of no use. Although the technologies that we have today have its flaws, it does not necessarily mean that this gadget could not work for you. Perhaps, it will; just give it a try.

Aside from the fact a spam is a theft in our service, it kills a lot of time and energy, too. Not only that, it collects dust in our mail systems or programs and clogs the system’s operation. Spam seems to be a very formidable foe. It is indeed quite not easy to get rid of spam problems.
Spam fighting solutions run eternal. The possibilities are endless. However, there might be some complications when we apply, install, and work with these solutions. Spam filtering is one such easy way to eliminate spam. NoSpamToday is one of the many mail filter software out in the market already. It was specifically designed to make the process of treating spam as simple as possible.
How does it work? This downloadable software is equipped with the powerful open-source filter Spam Assassin installed to the Windows environment. This easy-to-do and easy-to-set up software requires nothing more than the traditional mouse clicking in order to help prevent and combat spam headaches.

Last night I was disturbed by the many malicious comments that plagued my blogs. At first, the comments were natural and humanlike. So, I ignored and allowed free pass to the people making comments. I was just surprise to see that comments keep on coming.
The sad thing is that the comments are not related at all to my blogs. Fortunately, Wordpress is unique and has capabilities of fighting spam. I was able to delete the useless comments and enforced moderation. It is good that some blog hosts do provide spam fighting features.

Spam filters work like, well, filters. You create a set-up that will only allow important messages to get through your account. This powerful software will rid you of the tedious task of opening, closing, and deleting your e-mail.
Only addresses that you have certified can send messages to you. Addresses that are known to be spammers cannot pass through your email account. New addresses are then systematically classified by its content if it's useful for you or not. Filtering eases your spam problem and makes your computer safer.

Why is avoiding spam an ever-popular internet dilemma? Well we know SPAM is here to stay. The advanced technology breeds its own plagues and spam is number one of them. That is why spam filters, spam detection programs, and anti-spam software are a hit in the market.
Get your choice of the best spam filter software from spam filter reviews. Prices may range from $19.95 to $39.95, depending on the level of features. ChoiceMail One is pretty expensive but it's got all the features you are looking for in a spam filter software (e.g. content blocking spam, message handling, and environment support). But for a lower price, you can get almost the same features with Spam Buster.
